We sell books as described on this web site. The price quoted includes all taxes, postage and packing to UK addreses. We do not normally sell direct to non-UK addresses and advise overseas customers to order via Inpress - there is a link to their website with the description of each book.
Payment is by cheque drawn on a UK bank. If your order is straightforward, simply write to us saying what you want and enclosing a cheque. If your order is more complex, as you explore this site click the icon 
to add the relevant books to your shopping cart. Then, when you are ready, go to Checkout which produces an order form with all the arithmetic done for you: all you have to do is print it out.
We are unable to accept credit or debit cards - if you want to pay by card then we suggest you order via Inpress.
We aim to turn your order round within three days but occasionally it could take longer. If it will take longer than 30 days we will write and let you know when you can expect to receive your order. We use the Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver your books to you.
You have the right to cancel the order. You can do this any time before you receive the order and for seven working days after you get it. (A "working day" is any day except Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.)
To cancel your order either write to us at the above address or fax (01434) 674178. If you have received your order, you must send the books back to us in saleable condition at your expense. We will refund you the amount of your order.
The prices quoted on this website are valid for a period of thirty days. You can always check the current price by returning here. If you print out an order form, it will state the date it is printed and the date the prices are valid until.
